Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for businesses, founders, marketing professionals, and individuals aged 18 or over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Rotana reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion, including but not limited to businesses that promote illegal activity, deceptive practices, or content that violates applicable law.
User Responsibilities
When using our website or working with Rotana as a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all forms, communications, and agreements
- Respond to requests for information, approvals, and feedback within agreed timeframes
- Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Rotana, other users, or third parties

- Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content through our contact form or any communication channel
As a client, you are responsible for providing Rotana with the access, materials, and approvals needed to deliver services. Delays caused by late client responses may affect project timelines without constituting a breach by Rotana.
Payments & Fees
All fees are outlined in the Service Agreement or SOW provided before work begins. The following general payment terms apply unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Initial payment: Required before work commences on any new engagement
- Recurring retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance, due within 7 days of invoice date
- Project-based work: Payment terms specified in the individual SOW
- Late payments: Rotana reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts after 14 days
- Currency: All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments for work already commenced are non-refundable. If you cancel an engagement before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
If Rotana fails to deliver agreed services due to our own error, we will either remedy the issue or issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
Deliverables & Timelines
Rotana will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines. However, the following conditions apply:
- Timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing
- SEO and content results are subject to search engine algorithm behaviour, which is outside Rotana's control
- Delays caused by the client — including late approvals, missing access, or incomplete information — do not constitute a breach by Rotana
- Rotana does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes from SEO or content services
Intellectual Property
Rotana's intellectual property
All content on rotana-marketing.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, methodologies, and tools — is the property of Rotana or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Client-owned deliverables
Upon full payment for a service engagement, Rotana assigns ownership of the specific deliverables produced for you — including written content, reports, and strategy documents — to the client. This does not include Rotana's proprietary frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in the production of those deliverables.
Third-party tools and content
Some deliverables may incorporate content or data from third-party tools used in our workflow. The client is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate licences for any third-party assets incorporated into their projects at their request.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a service engagement. This includes business strategy, client data, campaign performance data, and pricing.
Rotana will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., sharing access credentials with a specific tool) or as required by law.
Rotana may reference the client's business name and general results in case studies or portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Disclaimers & Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content
- Guarantees of specific business outcomes from marketing services
Rotana's blog and educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making business decisions based on our content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rotana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or content
- Damage to reputation or brand
- Costs of procuring substitute services
In no event shall Rotana's total liability to you for any claims arising from a specific service engagement exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
Termination by client
Clients may terminate a service engagement by providing 30 days written notice to me@riadhasan.com. Work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate.
Termination by Rotana
Rotana reserves the right to terminate a service engagement immediately if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or illegal behaviour
- The client requests work that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform guidelines
- Continuing the engagement would require Rotana to violate ethical or legal obligations
Effect of termination
Upon termination, Rotana will deliver all completed work to the client. Access to any shared tools or accounts managed by Rotana will be returned to the client within 14 business days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a service engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to seek resolution through your local consumer protection authorities or courts.
Changes to These Terms
Rotana reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
For active service engagements, material changes to Terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
